Our philosophy

A great attorney must obviously comprehend the law, the legal process, and be prepared to fight aggressively for his client. At Ogden and Ogden, we believe he must also maintain the heart of a teacher, with a commitment to educate his clients in every step of the process.  A great attorney will empower them to make the best choices for themselves, their families, and their unique situation. While all divorce cases are similar, no two cases are the same. Application of the law to the facts, and mastery of the process is critical to a client's successful outcome. Experience Matters.
